Chit Chat / 4images.de constantly starting and loading pages in my browser

Hello,
I am not a user of any 4images.de services, just a person who is frustrated by someone who is using your services. Some kind of adware or spyware on my computer is automatically starting my browser and loading this page xxx: hosting32xxx: /imagehosr/. It will open this page in a new tab many times per hour. If the browser is already open, it will automatically open a new tab with this same page...again, many times per hour.
Can anyone here help? I have searched on Google and have not found any references to other people having this problem, or how to stop it. My anti-virus and anti-spyware programs have so far not been able to detect or remove the problem.
