REQ IF no subactegories Use this template
« on: April 08, 2005, 07:46:03 AM »
I am using the diferent template for different categories mod, and am using a different layout for cats with subcats vs. cats without.

It takes so long to save a custom template for each and every category which has no subcats.........

Can you PLEASE show me how what when and were I can get a default template to be used on categories which contain no subcategories?

Totally... right before the hack... you gave a little of a solution, I mean we were working on one and it was totally close to being done......

I was right in the middle of trying to get it to work, but all the code I was trying was in the lost posts..... before I got a chance to get it going.

And now all that is completely gone and Im dying over here.... spent hours just uploading a million copies of the same template with a different name for all my subcategories....

If you could help me again with this that would be great.

I currently only have the default different templates for different categories mod code.........

All the code that I was trying and tried to put together was based on what you gave the first time I requested this info. I didnt have a copy of the code on my server or elsewhere :(

So this needs to be done from the begginning again.
