Database configuration!?

What do i do!? :?
my adress is http://lamb.mystic-water.net

Database server hostname: localhost ,does this work? should it start with ftp? what!?
Database name: Name of what? The directory? the what?
Database username: my user name with a @?
Database password: my password for the whole thing?

This is not a right place to ask about such basic settings. Your hoster is the right place ;)
