How can i unblock details.php for indexing keywords by searchengines?

Hello!
I want to unblock keywords being on details.php for indexing by searchengines
How i can do it?

It's enough?

Searchengines don't index  picture and the description with keywords on my site. Today I have applied this mod - (http://www.4homepages.de/forum/index.php?topic=6729.0)
It's enough to start indexing?

This is the beginning... :)   There are lots and lots of thing .. you need to take care for the indexing ..   


just google about it.. you can find different methods..
