Any way for registered users to add their own sub-categories?

Hi,

is there any kind of mod/setting that will allow registered users to create their own albums within a bulk category?  I've searched around a bit and have found nothing, so if you guys can help that would be lovely. 


EDIT: Actually, let me be a bit more specific.  I pretty much just want personal albums for registered users, where they can only upload to their own sub-category and no-one elses, etc.  But I don't want to have to add them all manually, set permissions, etc.  Is there a relatively painless way to do this?

Hmm, I saw that, and I wasn't sure if it's what I wanted.  What I want is kind of like a public Photobucket system, or closely resembling it.

Say, for example, there was a category called "Funny Pictures" or something.  Then, when a registered user wants their own personal album in that category, it could be "nobby's Funny Pictures", or something.  Then "tsutter's Funny Pictures", etc.  I dunno, skimming through that topic it doesn't quite seem to be what I want.
