Notify Picture's Owner on Comment

Hi, i am looking for a way to notify(e-mail) the owner of the photo that someone ( $name ) has posted a comment on

Owner of the photo should also have ability to delete comments posted to his photo(s).

( sort of like youtube )


Actually let me clarify...

When someone posts a comment under a photo.
i want an e-mail to be sent to the person who just posted the comment telling them " your comment has been posted successfully"
i also want an e-mail to be sent to the owner of that photo notifying them that someone has left a comment on their photo.

thats all.

and in addition to this ( seperate mod ) i want the owner of the photo be able to X out ( delete ) any comment he/she wants as long as they are the owner of that photo.
this way they wont be upset that on my site someone left a bad comment on their photo, instead they will administer it. simply by deleting comments.

Doesn't look like the name is included for who posted a comment, but with some research in that thread you can probably get that added.
