Changing The User Agreement for new users

I've plundered all through my files and can't seem to find where I might edit the text from the default user agreement (While the administrators of this website ... ....you accept these terms of service.)

I'm just looking for the file in which that text comes from.  If I could find it, I could change it.  Thanks in advance!

Open lang/<your language>/main.php, search for agreement_terms  and change the text.
