Upload trouble
« on: May 14, 2002, 02:09:50 PM »
After installing at membres.lycos.fr/jmderoche/4images/ everything went well.
In the administration panel (admin/admin as logout/pswd) when trying to upload (for example : C:\Documents and Settings\yvnicode\Bureau\pic1.jpg) the form always comes back to its first state with "Bild" in red...How come ? Shall i put a pic in a directory on the server ? Is there a syntax to respect?
Thxs in advance

The Lycos servers don't allow browser-based file upload. You have to upload the images with ftp and add it with "Check new images"

My way to make it easier was
I created a new categorie which only the admin can see.
In the folder of this categorie I put all pictures I want to upload.
Than I check in the admin the pictures in the full size and ordered them in the right categories.
I think it ist the easiest way to upload a many of pictures.

Greatings Elke
