Prevent batch download

Hello.

This is the download url http://url.com/download.php?image_id=2006

Is there a way to "hide" that? I mean, anyone can batch download all the images (just need to http://url.com/download.php?image_id=(****) in the appropriate software).
My question is: is there a way to prevent that?

PS: Download limit doesn´t work I guess
