Cannot get temporary file!

I use URL link for visitors download, but when click into download button, i get an error:

If file download < 2MB, download work, but if it > 2MB then my users cannot download it and get the error: Cannot get temporary file!

Please tell me how do fix this problem.

Hi,

 i think, your server have a limit of 2 mb for handling with php.
This is normaly for a lot of hosters
