Title: Upgrading from 6.1.4 to 6.1.6.

I currently have 6.1.4. I have downloaded the zip for 6.1.6 but there is no upgrade PHP file for 1.4 to 1.5...only 1.5 to 1.6. Is that a problem? Just want to make sure before I go ahead and do this and possibly mess up the system.
