How do I set 4homepgaes up

I downloaded the software and I put everything into a folder called /lang in my ftp. How do I get it to work?

Are you sure that you downloaded the whole programm and not only the english language files? You should find a folder called "docs". In it you will  find Installation.txt with detailed install instructions.
