Noch einfacher: JavaScript deaktivieren ;)
Oder als Mac-User den IE einsetzen - der kümmert sich nicht drum. Und wenn man 'n anderen Browser wie Chimera einsetzt, der das tut, dann einfach Drag & Drop auf den Schreibtisch.

Wie Jan schon sagte: 'n wirklichen Schutz gibt es nicht. Außer eben die Bilder mit 'nem Wasserzeichen zu versehen (sichtbar oder unsichtbar z.B. mit digimarc).

Your configuration kindly ignores this "disable right click". I mean even if right click disabling on a mac would work one could just drag and drop the image from the browser to the desktop. We mac users are fortunate here ;)

Btw. an easy way to come by the right-click thingy as a user: disable javascript ...

Auf meinem Neuen Server ist GD sowie NetPBM, aber bei GD passiert nichts und bei NetPBM kenne ich den Pfad nicht.  *nicht nerven will

Gib mal als Pfad zu NetPBM "/usr/bin" ein - das ist jedenfalls bei mir der Fall.

Sorry Jan but that is just not true. If you go to the Sourceforge Gallery homepage you can download pre-compiled NetPBM binaries (http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=7130 - pick your platform) and just put 'em in your webdirectory. Make them executable and put the path to them into the 4images control panel - that's it.

IIRC you need to place these files (4blueo1.php, maybe there are more) into your 4images root directory. They are called from the file you see in your error message and obviously if they are not there for inclusion you are asking for an error message ;) . Vienix mentions this in one of the read me files that come with the templates (at least for the orange one it does).

Ich werde nicht müde es immer wieder zu posten  :D
Probier mal NetPBM anstelle von GD - erzeugt IMHO deutlich bessere Thumbnails. Falls es nicht auf Deinem Server installiert ist, dann kannst Du Dir auch fertig kompilierte Binaries im Webverzeichnis installieren - das klappt.

Neither is better IMHO - the way to go is NetPBM. You can download the binaries and put 'em in any web diretory and point to them. The quality is way better then thumbnails created with GD (haven't tried ImageMagick).

Das wäre super.
Das sollte eigentlich bei der letzten Version auch so funktionieren, da ja ein Datei auf dem Server erstellt und einfach darauf weitergeleitet wird. Im Prinzip, wie wenn man einen einfachen Link auf eine Zip Datei setzt. Aber wie gesagt, das ist immer alles aus der Ferne schwer zu sagen...

bin zwar nicht der maxmeier aber ich kann Dir bestätigen, daß es funktioniert! Die Zip-Datei wird als (10stellige Zahl).zip runtergeladen, entpackt ergibt sich ein Ordner "download" in dem dann ein Ordner "lightbox82b73b7a" (z.B.) steckt und dort sind dann die Dateien drin - fast perfekt  :)

Bevor Du viel Zeit investierst: probier mal NetPBM aus - IMHO ist die Qualität der Thumbnails ein vielfaches höher als die der von GD erzeugten Thumbs! Just my 0.02€  :wink:

ich hab 'n paar Sites bei http://www.huynh.de/ gehostet. Die sind nicht die Supergünstigen, haben keinen unlimited Traffic, aber Superservice. Leider lassen die eingesetzten PHP- und MySQL-Versionen 4images noch nicht zu. Der Support hat mir aber zugesichert, daß innerhalb der nächsten Tage alles auf die derzeit stabile Version upgedated wird - und damit steht dann 4images auch nix mehr im Wege.
Besonders empfehlenswert ist IMHO das 3er Domainpaket für 99€/Jahr oder das ganz kleine EasySpace mit 20 MB aber trotzdem PHP, MySQL, SSI etc. für 4,09€/Monat.
Und laßt Euch nicht abschrecken, die hosten auch für Nicht-Macianer :wink:

Andere Anbieter, die ich auch in Betracht ziehen würde:
http://www.pauschtarif.de/ http://www.hosteurope.de/ und http://www.kontent.de/ (die haben ein interessantes Baukastemodul).

Würd mich über mehr Anregungen freuen - bin grad auf der Suche nach einem Hoster für ein neues Projekt und das wird ein wenig speicherintesiver ;-)
