[solved] error after installation

Hello,
I've just installed 4images on a ftp named "free" and here is my problem :

I cannot connect to the site.
Installation was correct.

I would like to know the meaning of the 2 lines in the bottom of the page and how to fix it ?

Hello!

This looks like a CHMOD error in the directory in which PHP wants to save the session-data.

my hoster blocks the chmod command.
all repertories are chmod 700 and cannot be change.  :-/

is there a way to use 4images anyway ?
