I'm tryin add link in search, to the cattegory where an image was found from.
so, user can not only watch images that search desplaying but also go to the category where the images were found from.

{clickstream} in the template doesnt work.

Installation, Update & Configuration / CHMOD question.

as I understand CHMOD changes permission for dir/files.
can it be used on windows based server? what kind of ftp server program can handle CHMOD command? do I have to have NTFS or FAT32 would work too?
so far I've tryed Serv-U ftp, that supposely support CHMOD, but it doesnt work on my Windows XP pro.

where I can change the code to show 5 pages, no metter what page is currently opened.
for ex. right now if I have 20 pages and my settings set to show only 5 pages. I open page number 7, it will show numbers from 2 to 12, witch r actualy 11 pages showed.
so, I want set 5 numbers to show, it would be showed from number 5 to 9.
where do I change it? (and what )

if I do so, then at the web page it will show 404 file not found picture, do I need go all through my gallery to find what picture file doesnt present and then delete it from the database? is there any automatic function to check for deleted files?

is that true? when I put a file 10+ mb, and then click download button from the page, I need wait about 5 sec until download window poped up.
processor loads on 100% (actualy apache.exe eat 100% that moment).

I add and delete many pictures, and now I have 1000+ all together, but image_id increasing from 2000+ already. is there a way to change that number from MySQL command?
I'm using phpMyAdmin to work with MySQL, but there is no way I can fix it if I dont know the command or whatever.
can someone help me?

P.S. I fully understand that this can make a mess.

if I send a link pointing to my private page then not logged in user will redirect to /home/ page. and after he logged in, he stays in /home/ page and have to click again on my link or search manualy.
how can I redirect him to login page or warn that this page private and he needs login. and after login go to that page?
or even now if u surf on the gallery, looking pictures and then do login u'll go back to /home/ page. can this be fixed?

I set my thumbnails to 100px, but some thumbnails proportionaly was created with height less then 100px. so, in a category thumbnail's filename prints right after thumb and leave some space at the bottom of that cell. I could figure how to put all together (image and name) to the bottom, right, left, but cant seporate them to show thumb on top and filename with buttons at the bottom of the cell.
is there a way to do so?

it's not pleasant start uploading a file, wait 5 min untill it give u error message " not valid file extention ".

Chit Chat / PHP Editor?

what php editor is very good?
I've tryed PHPEd, PHPEdit, notpad, macromedia dreamweaver, EditPad. phped and dreamweaver work extreamely slow on WinXP, the rest is just toys.
how about u guys? what do u use? what can u recomend (free, not free)?

if u add some images to lightbox and then edit an image and change its location (category) then in lightbox thumbnails will be missing, because it will point to old category id folder for e.x.:
I have 3 images 1.jpg, 2.jpg, 3.jpg all of them in category 'general' with ID '1'.
I move 2.jpg to category 'general2' with ID '2', then when I click on 1.jpg to see it wont show me 2.jpg thumbnail in 'next' link, because the actual link for the thumbnail will point to /thumbnail/1/2.jpg witch is wrong, since 2.jpg already in /thumbnails/2/2.jpg

P.S. I have anabled next image thumbnail in details.php

forgot to mention, that thumbnails missing only in 'next/previous' links when u view an image (details.php). in category view everything is fine.
