Title: Users Online with different pic for each user!!!

Maybe somebody could write a code for this:
Each user has a different small  predefined picture which is displayed in users online:
For example all administrators have pic1.gif, all reg. users pic2.gif and so on...

There is MOD from Icecream for whos online MOD with pic. Can no find from search but if you find, install this MOD 1st. Can edit after. ;)
