How can i .. <set maxtime p/u/i> <set maximages p/u>

Hi,

2 questions at this place which would help me much in use with 4images :

- Can i set a MAXTIME for User "x" to wait for uploading the next image

- Can i set a MAXIMAGES for the UserGroup "y" ?

Where "x" and "y" are only examples.
