How do I change the image border colour?

Hi! How do I change the image border colour? Is it under the CSS? If so, what is the name of it?? thanks! :lol:

There is no settings for the border color. For the most browsers the color is black as default. If ther is a link on the image, the most browsers show the link color of the you have set in the <body> tag.
