how to recover sql file

while updating/changing mods

i took the wrong sql backup to my harddrive and accidently deleted the correct sql from the admin panel so that i dont get mix up with both the sql flle.

but later on i came to know that the latest backup come on above. and i deleted the wrong file.

is there any way to recover to that sql file

hi Arun and welcome to the 4images forum,

deleted is deleted   

but, you can ask your host, maybe they have an backup of your mysql account.
