how i change the Encoding

hii ..

i want change my language style ( synthetic_blue) the Encoding Arabic (windows) and Left-to-Right Document

how can i do that in this style or any style i want chage for that ..
sorry i cannt speak english good so i hope to understand me ..

i am From Egypt my first language ( Arabic )

If template is built properly, it should automaticaly use the encoding provided by your language pack.

this should be present in the header.html template:[qcode]<html dir="{direction}">
<head>
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset={charset}" />
[/qcode]
