SAFE MODE problem?

I need help with an error message that appears
When I try to move a photo that was uploaded by one of my users FROM one folder to another folder i get this message and it loses my photos can anyone help?

help!!!

Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Is this a permissions problem, or a SERVER issue?

bc' your server have safe mod on, ask ur web host to turn it off if u can ;)

Well, I got the word from my HOST today. He said that the server is set for SAFE MODE for all accounts and he will not/cannot turn it off for only one account.....  

NOW WHAT DO I DO???

Get a new Host :idea:

If SERVER's PHP set in safe mode is the reason - then who can be sure that another server won't do the same?
My website was perfectly all right, and from this morning its all gone!!!
