family photo and photo coccmunites doesnt work on 1.7.10 version

i get error in whois online template and category drobdown

i get this error when i try to choose template photo memories or photo community in versoin 1.7.10

Template Error: Couldn't open Template ./templates/family-photo-memories/category_dropdown_form.html
