I have checked up, all in norm "777"

     chmod 777  : data
     chmod 777  : data/database
     chmod 777  : data/media
     chmod 777  : data/media/1*
     chmod 777  : data/media/2*
     chmod 777  : data/thumbnails
     chmod 777  : data/tmp_media
     chmod 777  : data/tmp_thumbnails
     chmod 777  : templates
     chmod 777  : templates/default
     chmod 777  : templates/default/media

And when the client begins to change on new Ftp speaks that " can not change attributes of the removed files "
