My Configuration:

Windows 2000 - IIS - PHP - MYSQL - IMAGEMAGICK

I have installed ImageMagick-5.5.7-Q16-windows-dll.exe into c:\tmp\

I have setup 4images to use the c:\tmp\convert.exe and when I click on autothumbnails page I get a blank screen.  I have tried everything (I think) and I get nothing.

Any ideas?  Did I install the right imagemagick?  Do I need to do something special with convert.exe or?

Thanks

1. try use back slashes: c:/tmp/convert.exe or double slashes: c:\\tmp\\convert.exe
2. u might need set "execute" permission for the image magick folder (in your IIS)
3. search the forum, this question was asked too many times already.

Hi Steeve and V@ano

Backslashes DO NOT work, I spent more then 3 days of solving this very strange problem  (IMAGEMAGICK not working, even thou paths were correct)

At the end problem was solved.. I downloaded ImageMagick-5.5.7-Q16 and installed it on:

 X:\ImageMagick

and in admin setting I entered the path

X:\ImageMagick\convert.exe

Originaly ImageMagick installs itself in c:\program files\imagemagick-5.5.7-q16\

I don't know why 4images can not work with imagemagick when it is installed in default directory (I am not a programmer) but changing installation directory from "program files..." to something else works fine..

I think it has to do something with file names (spaces in file or directory names)

Sorry for my English
