Cannot upload Photos..

PHP Ver 4.4.4
Apache Ver 1.3.37 (Unix)
4images Ver 1.7.4

The problem I am having is simple... At one time, All users were able to upload photos, and now no one can, not even the admins. 

Could there be a solution to this?....

the same problem to me...
Te admin can upload..
but guests only have the upload form... then press send.. and.. again the upload form...

What's up? (i upgrade the version 1.7.1 to 1.7.4)

(any mistake?)

All require field not empty / left in upload form ?

8 steps need when ask question -

- PHP version (ACP - > phpinfo())
- mySQL version (ACP - > phpinfo())
- 4images version
- Post screenshot / URL
- Post code in BB Code (no need full file for code) or post attach file
- It doesn't work. What is say - what is do for no work
- Install MOD ? If so - please say (troubleshooting)
- Read FAQ ? Install Bug fixes ?

(modify template from 1.7.1 to 1.74 uploadform)
