cant upload bigger images anymore

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 11052 bytes) in /www/htdocs/.../gbbcontent/includes/image_utils.php on line 80


dont know what this means

tried to upload a panorama pic (very width

but it doesnt work

Filesize is under allowed filesize (ACP)

i used jpg

memory limit on the server is too low.
solution:
- contact your host administrator and ask them to increase it
- dont upload large files
- turn off auto-thumbnailer/auto image resizer.
