an ip adress auto-download my all images. this ip is 66.249.66.85. how can i block this ip in my admin panel?

my version is 4.7.10 but i edited some documents in ftp. i found return 'application/octet-stream'; } in my function.php but i didnt find return @mkdir($dir, $chmod);

i solved my problem.

i found thumbnailler.php

find

and change value 100 to 140
