I need help i dont understand it

Well i downloaded the images program its zip and when i un zip it everything is alright the thing is i dont know how to use it?? iTS VERY CONFUSING! Im making a feewebsite at www.freewebs.com  How can i put it in there and how do i use it?? please help

upload all files in an directory e.g. domian.com/4images/

enter adress domian.com/4images/,
now you should see the setup.
make all entries (db name,pass,...).
that's all.

I'm sorry, but you can't use 4images with freeweb.com because freewebs does not support mysql and php.

I'm sure that thre is an other free webspace provider which supports PHP an Mysql.
