I got an error..Please help

I this error when I tried to add a Category. What's the problem?

Hi,

the error message says ist: MkDir failed (File exists)
If you add new categories, the programm creates two folders in "data/media" and "data/thumbnails" with the ID of the category as the name. It seems that there already exists folders with this ID/name. Check this.
