checkimages does not work

if i try to add new images by checkimages i get only this error message:

thanks. without space in the filename it works. but at a different server (funpic.de) it works also with space in the filename.
maybe it is because my resizer and auto thumbnailer is not working. is he also responsible for renameing the pictures?
why does my resizer not work? at my funpic account (http://osnapicture.os.funpic.de) it works without problems. but at www.velopicture.de it does not work. i used the same settings on both servers. what could be responsible for the problem?

a lot of different versions or setting...

But:
fils without a space in the name always better in www

i used on both servers the same 4images version: 1.7.4
the php configuration you see under www.velopicture.de/phpinfo.php and http://osnapicture.os.funpic.de/phpinfo.php
all other settings are the same. the resize-program is on both servers in the root directorys subdirectory /gd/

danke für die mühe. allerdings habe ich alle dateien schon einmal neu hochgeladen und die rechte sind auch richtig gesetzt. woran könnte es noch liegen?

so, ich habe das problem endlich gelöst. da andere user anscheinend das gleiche problem haben, hier mal die ursache für den fehler:
ein php-profi hat mir dass ungefähr so erklärt, ob ich es richtig verstanden habe, weiß ich nicht:
auf dem server war eine beschränkung für ausführbare sachen eingestellt, die bei 8 mb lag. da nach seinen angaben php schon ca 5-6 mb beanspruchte, funktionierte der resizer nur bei fotos die kleiner als 25 kb (!) waren. grund war also der zuwenig freigegebene virtuelle speicher, der das script ohne fehlermeldung anhalten ließ

jetzt habe ich das gleiche problem nach einem serverumzug wieder. allerdings weiß ich nicht mehr was der kollege damals dagegen getan hat. kann mir jemand helfen?
