we have recently found that someone we thought we could trust has been on to our gallery and changed our admin password so that none of our admin can now enter our gallery

please could anyone tell us how to get into the site as they have changed the email setting too so that we cant access our password that way



help we really desperate

was a moderator from our chatroom that has turned nasty and decided to play with our gallery and boards we have sorted out boards but cannont get access to our gallery

in phpmyadmin select 4images_users table
find your admin account
edit it
make sure the user_name is correct
in dropdown for user_password field select MD5, type your new password in the field
save the changes.

Now you can login to your gallery using that username and new password.

ok this is going to sound really stupid but how do i find my phpmyadmin when i go to site i see home page. i have never had to deal with any of this before im all new to it and im to be honest totally confused.


thanks you for you patience and understanding but i do need your help as at the moment im thinking i have to start a new gallery and loose all my pics.

Most of the hosts offer pre-install mysql manager (phpmyadmin).
If your host didnt offer you any, you can download and isntall it from http://phpmyadmin.net
