Title: Server Load, Help me

I'm using 4images for a couple of months. Lately, my server admin suspended my site. He told me that my site is using up to 30% of the server resources. He asked me disable some features that will help in this issue. I disabled the random pictures. He says that not, I'm using up to 20%, that is, I'm still causing the server to slow. Can you help me reduce the utilization of the server?

Turn on caching if you haven't already
