version 1.7.13
I have installed 4images twice through cpanel (earlier version), and once by downloading, unzipping and uploading through FTP. The result is the same each time where the files are uploaded but I cannot access the admin or install file through any browser. Instead I get an error page: Internal Server Error. The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Can anyone please guide me to some troubleshooting tips?

the images directory "DOCs" everything is described and there is help available.

So far, I have been unable to find reference to this kind of error in the documentation or through searching this forum
