I dont understand the post either. However if you are wondering how to set thumbnail sizes you do that in the ACP.

i think he wants to auto resize an image on upload. At the same time, he wants to show the url/link to the image upon uploading similar to imageshack or imagevenue

@ badman, i think a solution to this available on the forum..try to look around. If you dont find it post a request to the Mods..

Try out this solution.. it resizes the uploaded image to a thumbnail and provides the url/link etc..  :)
