How to disable permissions required?

Am semi-knowledgeable when it comes to setting permissions.

I wish to allow unregistered visitors to upload images/vids yet still maintain a registered user database that would more permissions than just uploading permissions.

Is there a way to allow anyone to upload without having to register?

I know I could create a basic User ID and password asking UN-registered to log in using it, but I'd like to avoid going that far.

I understand the risks.
