i can't backup my database files
when i try it shows:

i already chmod the admin folder to 777 but nothing...
any ideias?

hello,

many users from my site asked if i couldn't put a link in the login_info.html saying "submit photo". That link would open the member_updloadform.html wich would have a new jump menu where users can choose the category to put the photo in.

i think this could be nice
it's more simple

i had several new profile fields but i want to keep them optional but they aren't...

i put the new MySql tables as "varchar255" should i change it?

i think that would be cool if users can add other users to some kind of personal "favorit users".

it would also be GREAT if when logged in we could check the new images from those specific "favorit users"

hello,

i would like to integrate on my gallery a template where users have the chance to write news, articles... things like that.
i've search on the net for this enews thing and i've found some codes, but i can't integrate it on the 4 images gallery in a way that only registed users have this option available. regular visitors can only read users posts.

i know that this as nothing to do with the gallerys, but i think that updated news are always a good thing to keep a site updated.

hello,

i would like to see a mod where after log in, it would show how many new comments we have to our images, like this:

you have (x) new comments - and this would be a link to those new comments

and if this is only possible if the user log off, i think another way to do it is like a full list of the comments to our images, like this:

your images were commented (x) times - and this would be a link to all the comments made to our images

hello, i would like to see a mod where it would appear a ranking of users. this ranking would feature the most dedicated users. counting their images and comments (but only the ones with more than 80 characters, for example, so the kind of "yes, very good" comment wouldn't count for this statistics).

this mod would help the users to be more dedicated to the gallery
one other thing that could help is a code where only after 8 comments for example, that user would be able to upload his image

my experience in this kind of gallerys tells me that people don't comment much, so i think this would be a good thing to do

hello i want to create a private category where only users with permission can submit their pics and i would like to have in the index.php a line of 6 random pics from that category. i would use this random pics above the last submited images on the index.php.

hello i would like to know if it's possible to link directly to the thumbnail image code. i mean, i'm using the photo of the day mod but i would like to make my own choices to that and not in the automatic way (by _rating; by_votes,...) so i would like to link to the image thumbnail and when users click on it they would be linked to the image details page.

is this possible?
i think it would be great

i've search trought the foruns and couldn't find any answer to this problem. it seems that my users can't edit or delete their images. i've chosen yes to that options on the control panel so i don't know why this happens...

any ideas what should i look for?
