Thumbnails are going crazy...

Hi 4images Gallery Team,

I don't know where the buck may be and hope to find an answer here.

When I check my gallery (Version 1.7.4) @ http://www.f11digital.com/4images/index.php the thumbnails (in Random image and New images) are showing my pictures and sometimes showing just the default "b/w eye thumbnails".
If they show the thumbnails in the right way and I click on a categorie theme, the same happen here, sometimes the photos are there and sometimes just the b/w eyes are allover the page. When I refresh the current page, the photo thumbs show up and sometimes I have to refresh 2-6 times until I can see the thumbs.
When the thumbs are showed correctly, the gallery works fine and if the thumbs are not showed the way they should, everything else fails as well!

The other error or strange thing that occurs is in the control panel home page. After the log in, all the information like Who's online and the Stats are showing up correctly and another time when I log in, only the Who's online information is showed correctly. To see the Stats I have to scroll down big times to see the information...

I entered my gallery from other computers and the same thing happen with the thumbnails!

Is there a solution for this problem?

Thank you for your help, but it didn't solve my problem.
The thumbs are sometimes there and sometimes not. It's almost like lottery, just chances are 50-50.

Your right directory (CMOD), all right?

set the specified access rights for the following directories:

     chmod 777 (drwxrwxrwx): data
      chmod 777 (drwxrwxrwx): data / database
      chmod 777 (drwxrwxrwx): data / media
      chmod 777 (drwxrwxrwx): data / thumbnails
      chmod 777 (drwxrwxrwx): data / tmp_media
      chmod 777 (drwxrwxrwx): data / tmp_thumbnails
      chmod 777 (drwxrwxrwx): templates
      chmod 777 (drwxrwxrwx): templates / default
      chmod 777 (drwxrwxrwx): templates / default / media

      Set the specified access rights for the following files:

      chmod 666 (-rw-rw-rw): all files in the templates / default "
      chmod 666 (-rw-rw-rw): all files in the templates / default / media "

all settings were right except:

I changed them all and tested the gallery.
It runs much better now, the thumbs show correct most of time, but the default thumbs still appear sometimes. Not that often like before tough.
