[Req] Option to choose a folder on harddrive --> Load all images up

Hey is there a MOD or a possibility to:

Choose a folder on my harddrive and then 4images adds automatically
all images that are in this folder to the gallery? This would be SUCH a great mod
and so much of a time saver. Would be great if someone could help me since i have
more than 5 000 images to add  :(
