Auto-Thumbnails! .. How?!

Hi all!

Well, could someone please write/link my a step-by-step tutorial of how you get auto-thumbnails and auto-image-resizer by member uploads working?
When I validated an image, I noticed that there is already a mini-thumbnail (bad quality though), but by uploading/linking an image to the gallery, just the standard symbol appears, if no URL/file path to an already created thumbnail was given.
I read that you need ImageMagic or this GD thingy, but I have no idea how you install these?

If any informations about my hoster etc. are needed, then just ask and I'll try to answer.

English as well as German answers are very welcome!

Go to your admin page. Then click the "Auto-Thumbnailer" and then "Check Thumbnails" and there you go

Um.. thanks at first for replying, but.. I just stopped working on my project ages ago and secondly .. if I go to that Auto-Thumbnailer page thingy, all I get is...

Select module to create thumbnail.
Check module settings.

Anyway .. as I stopped, no support is needed anymore.

As I wrote on topic .. no idea how to add such functions .. need to enter a path to summin I don't have.


Um.. anyway.. may someone close/delete/de-bump/whateva this topic? No need for it anymore. Was fixed by not doing anything anymore..
