Payed MOD Request: Download Limit Tied to User Groups

Hello, I am looking for a PHP programmer that is willing to take on a payed project.

I would like to have a monthly download limit MOD tied in with User Groups. So for example say I have 3 User Groups...A, B, and C.  Each group would have a different download limit for the month. I would like the number of downloads to be customizable in the admin. 

I have worked with Trez before and he was awesome! But he is too busy right now for the work. Anyone interested? I have a budget of $300.

Contract terminate. This is job for integrate license (buy) plugin file and constructor, create by amember manufacturer, in admin usergroups and registration form file. The company use amember with 4images but need license for buy program and give free plugin. Custom coder is include with buy product from their site for do this job.
