Random Images in Other site and Open in new window

Hi Guyz
I wanna start 4images for wallpapers site but need some modifications, plz help.

1: How to show random images or new images in any other site ?
2: When any body click on image thumbnails it should be open in new window, i mean in gallery when anybody will click on image thumbnail then it will open details.php in new window where it will show original size image.

Plz solve my these two problems i will be very thankfull.

as it opens a new window in details.php where as i want we are on categories.php page and looking wallpaper thumbnails, now when anyone click on any thumb it should be opened in new window, i mean details.php will be open in new window...
So the problem is how to open details.php in new window from categories.php ?

As for the second, I swore I saw it in the forum somewhere, but for the life of me I can not find it or think how to do it
