Datenbank Host = ftp://caribbeancoast.0101host.com

Datenbank Name = [I don't know what I need to fill in ] :

Datenbank Username = FTP username is it ?

Datenbank Passwort + FTP Password is it ?

I useing netfirms plug . But when I install it show :
