Title: Blank page when upload pics

Hey guys, recently i moved my website to a new server. I copied the files, then uploaded to the new server, then edited config.php. Everything seems to work well like posting comments but i noticed that nobody can upload files anymore. After clicking 'Submit', it goes to blank member.php. What could the problem be? I am using version 1.7. Information about my webhost can be found here : http://www.ktmrailwayfan.com/pics/test.php . Thanks alot for even looking, really appreciate it.  :D
