How to upload to own website

I was wondering how do i make this into a website so anyone can view it.
Ive seen other people do it so i wanted to know how.
And is it free?

If you don´t remove copyright information, 4images gallery can be used free of charge for private and non-commercial purposes:

For installation you can read instruction ind "docs" folder in download package and you can watsch this videos:
