My random images are just plain, not actual images

My images in my gallery are not showing up their previews, just the image in the folder on the server. I want it like most come, where you can open up a category and it gives little previews for each one. All I am getting now is blank images. here is the link:

Do you have "Auto-create thumbnail" set to yes in the admin control panel?
