Search Function Does NOT work

Hallo--

Today I noticed that the search does not work. I am using 1.7.2 and when click on one of the Keywords it brings me to the search page, but nothing happens. I know that there are other keywords that are the same. What is the problem here??

try "rebuild search indexes" mod

Thanks for the tip. I installed the plugin. Did the empty of the index step and then reindexed.. Still, nothing...

and replace global.php with a fresh one.

Replacing the global.php file did the trick.
