hi i just moved my site to diffrent host everything working fine but this error is showing on very top and its not loading the mini top mod images do u know what am i doing wrong ??

hi i am lookin for a mod if we have censored words in settiings than it should apply to everyone accept admins if admins post a comment those words should still be visible how is this possible
