is there a mod which can let admin send out another activation email when ever we want to and users who has not provided us with email accounts we can force them to use a valid email accounts

i want a mod if the pic is big it should make the pic small in size and just give a view full image link and than a pop up window can show the full size image or give a download link for the pic and i am using ytube and google video mod so.. is that gonna b a problem if i install a mod like this

hi do you know any free smtp server which i can use with 4images cause where i have hosted my site from there i dont f recieve an email and i tryed to install it on other server which has lot of ads it works there but i dont want that cause too many ads so can someone tell me which smtp service can i use which will work for sure with 4images 1.7.4 thanks in advance
