Discussion & Troubleshooting / Page Footer
« on: July 01, 2006, 08:44:20 PM »
I have managed to make the page footer for all of the pages be altered to my liking. The 4homepages is a medium gray and my website link is a 'black' color with link. However, on the details pages the footer is a blue color (based on the .css) file I presume. However, I cannot get it to be like the other pages. Any thoughts?

A copy of the php files for includes/functions.php and categories.php are as follows if anyone cares to look:

functions = http://galleries.travelingtheworldaround.com/help/functions.txt
categories = http://galleries.travelingtheworldaround.com/help/categories.txt

yeah, sorry. I was trying something and it wasn't working. it wouldn't give me the complete file... ie: Begin > Zuid-Amerika > Bolivië   only Bolivië

This did not work either.... ????? I think V@no is laughing at me secretly. He's got this on his website with no problems.........

The thing I did notice, however, is that when you click on the next subcategory it goes to the way that it should be.

Bad Formatting:
http://galleries.travelingtheworldaround.com/categories.php?cat_id=7&l=nederlands

Good Formatting:
http://galleries.travelingtheworldaround.com/categories.php?cat_id=41&l=nederlands

I have looked and looked and I do not know where I am going wrong. I still cannot get rid of the language tags in the 'clickstream?' At least that's where I think it is..... is there anyone who would be willing to look at my code and help me... clearly I am not getting it....

Discussion & Troubleshooting / Search Function Does NOT work

Hallo--

Today I noticed that the search does not work. I am using 1.7.2 and when click on one of the Keywords it brings me to the search page, but nothing happens. I know that there are other keywords that are the same. What is the problem here??

Hallo--

I am having many problems getting the categories to change languages. Any suggestions for getting them to change languages when I click on my language icons.

Also, if I change my language to say Nederlands and i click on an image that has multilanguage support, why in the click-stream does it come up with    Begin / Passport Stamps & Visas / [english]Cambodia 2006[nederlands]Cambodja 2006

example is at: http://galleries.travelingtheworldaround.com/details.php?image_id=185&sessionid=37c85bb12abef3c76eb2f0b3af6a326b&l=nederlands

Oops. I have fixed this issue. I forgot that after I upgraded the version I reuploaded a version of functions.php which I had altered from 1.7.1 for language support. Which I am actually still not able to get my categories to change languages when you choose a different language....   ;-(

The webhosting company that I use [apollohosting.com] upgraded the files for me. But as far as I can tell all of the files are there??  Am now having problems with login.php and logout.php where I get the following messages.

login:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: redirect() in /home/*****/public_html/galleries/login.php on line 51
when I look at the .php file line 51 shows me:
      redirect("index.php");

logout:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: redirect() in /home/*****/public_html/galleries/logout.php on line 37
when I look at the .php file line 37 shows me:
  redirect("index.php");

Help is greatly appreciated in this also.
