Thanks in advance :)

Yes the host admin said that they will be able to maintain the old hashing system for the time being (but advised to ensure that all scripts/web applications are MySQL 4.1 compatible).

Glad to know that 4images will be working fine on v4.x

thanks a lots to this great community and special thanks to V@no for all those cool mods  :D

Never change a running System! (o:

I think that no ones knows the Answer for the Question , but there are normaly not Problemes with the Version of mySQL & PHP... (o:

I read somewhere this info:

Please be aware that the upgrade to MySQL 4.1.15 from 4.0.26 is a major
update.  Some syntax changes have been made & the password hashing in
MySQL 4.1.x is different from the previous MySQL 4.0.x versions. One should check to ensure that all of your scripts/web
applications are MySQL 4.1 compatible

Thanks V@no, in about one week my web host will upgrade MySQL 4.0.25 –standard to MySQL 4.1.15. I am going to apply your patch now, so that I will not face any problems with downtime.

Thanks :D

Discussion & Troubleshooting / Will 4images 1.7.1 work on MySQL 4.1.15 ???
« on: December 18, 2005, 09:49:51 AM »
Hi

I am a fan of 4images and run it in the following environment: MySQL 4.0.25 –standard and PHP 4.4.0 and will be upgrading to PHP 4.4.1 and MySQL 4.1.15  :D

I am worried that; will 4images work after the upgrade?  :(

Thanks :)

Mods & Plugins (Releases & Support) / Re: [MOD] Lightbox for GUESTs
« on: July 09, 2005, 08:49:12 PM »
this mod should work on v1.7.1 by default.
Do u have in your cookies: 4images_lightbox
?
if u dont, then u probably made a misstake during installation.

yes I have this in the cookies, but still not working   :(

Actually I had removed the user login, register option, (from the template) the entire area which holds the user login, random images, etc (I did this, to make space for wrapping this gallery into mambo) later I added you code and include: <a href="{url_lightbox}">{lang_lightbox}</a>  for the lightbox link

Now I am able to add images to the lightbox, but when I view, it’s empty…. What might have gone wrong? Using 1.7.1

Thanks V@no for the MOD, its really cool feature

Paul  :D
